Accessories to equip and personalize models Jeep Willys, F1000, D20, C10 and Veraneio, handcrafted in the garage of the Mantovani family, in Caxias do Sul. That's how it all began in the 1980s. But soon the dream of the founder Henry Mantovani in partnership with his children Leandro and Juliano was taking form and being recognized by the clients until growing in the streets of Brazil and in the world.

A pioneer in bringing the concept of automotive personalization for pickups and light vehicles to the Brazilian market, the brand is already present in more than 40 countries and in five continents. The company has achieved recognition and leadership in the segment for innovation, quality and authenticity of accessories it produces. From the family garage, Keko broke through borders and conquered the world, positioning itself among the main players in the Brazilian and world automotive market.





Incopema is born, producing handcrafted and pioneering accessories for pickup trucks and off- road vehicles in Brazil. The creation of the spare tire holder lever production and gives impetus to the family business started in the garage. A year later, the company is renamed Keko and in 1989, with the increase of production, it moves to a pavilion of 250 m².



Production on an industrial scale begins and expansion into a 750 m² pavilion. The formation of the network of representatives begins and the brand gains expressiveness in sporting and off-road events. With the exhibition of the brand, it is made to make investments in new equipment, modernization of the logo and change to an installation of 1.2 thousand m².



Moves to an area of 3.8 thousand m² and debuts at Automec, the largest national fair in the segment. Structure the CDI - Center for Development and Innovation, consolidating the creative soul of Keko. Two years later, it develops detachable accessories, innovating in the segment and expanding the product mix. With this creation, it facilitates logistics and initiates exports.



Certifies itself in the Quality Management System - ISO 9001/1994 and conquers the first international partnerships for the distribution of products in Brazil. It extends its manufacturing area to 10,000 square meters, acquires technologies such as a pipe bending machine with variable radius and starts creating rounded accessories to accompany the lines of the vehicles. The following year, start providing for automakers and performs an upgrade of the brand with the “Passion for Adventure” positioning. Two years later, it won the PGQP Bronze trophy and has the first experiences with aluminum, expanding the focus of action for light vehicles and minibuses.



It realizes the acquisition of the first injectors, which allows the creation of plastic accessories to meet new niches and the assemblers. After two years, he joins the CRP fund and moves to a private limited company, implements corporate governance and acquires the cover factory. he following year, it adopts the positioning "Your car. Your Personality ", focusing on automotive customization.



It inaugurates the new factory park, a modern structure with 25 thousand square meters of built area equipped with advanced technologies and sustainable concept, in the city of Flores da Cunha / RS. After two years, the mod center is inaugurated in Camaçari/BA, starts the customization of the accessories in the vehicle color and gets the ISO/TS 16946 certification, an important credential for the supply to the automakers. It also receives the Best Companies to Work Award in Rio Grande do Sul, conferred by GPTW and Amanhã magazine.



Implantation of KPS - Keko Production System, developing a culture of improvement and teamwork, eliminating waste, feeling part of the company's results and eliminating all possible sources of losses. BIQS Conquest, a manufacturing system composed of 29 elements focused on Quality, a fundamental requirement to provide General Motors. Approved supplier of twelve great world automakers and a consolidated presence in more than 40 countries on five continents.
